Katia Graytok
Katia Graytok is a trained fine artist, award-winning interior designer, and one of the luxury industry's most respected brand architects. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textile Design and Color Theory from the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, followed by a Fine Art Appraisal Studies Certificate from New York University and a Certificate from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts.
Before founding Kaleidoscope, Katia established herself as a force in luxury retail design, winning three ASID Design Awards for retail visual merchandising. She went on to win HGTV's Designers Challenge, and was featured on The Discovery Channel and NBC's Sunday Today Show — credentials that gave her a public platform and a deep understanding of how visual storytelling translates across media.
In 2024, Katia was named to the WatchPro Hot 100 in the Media & Influencers category — a recognition of her growing influence in the global watch and jewelry industry. She is a regular columnist for the Hampton Sheet, covering luxury, design, and culture. In 2025, she completed a Certificate in Sustainable Fashion from Harvard Extension School.
Katia is a fixture at the world's most prestigious luxury events: Art Basel in Miami and Paris, Maison et Objet Paris, Salone del Mobile Milano, Couture Las Vegas, the Monaco Grand Prix, Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, and Fashion Weeks in New York, Paris, and Milan. She doesn't attend these events — she inhabits them.

Thierry Chaunu is one of the most decorated executives in luxury brand history. Over four decades, he has held the highest positions at some of the world's most revered luxury houses — serving as Vice President of Marketing at Cartier, President of Christofle, CEO of Chopard North America, and Global COO of Leviev Diamonds.
Under his leadership, these brands expanded their retail footprints dramatically. Thierry has personally overseen the development and launch of dozens of stores across the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Russia, the UAE, and Singapore — each one a testament to his understanding of how luxury translates across cultures and markets.
As founder of BeauGeste Luxury Brands, Thierry brings an executive consultant's perspective to every engagement. His event expertise spans The Oscars, the Cannes Film Festival, and the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance — environments where luxury brands are not advertised but experienced.
As Chairman of Kaleidoscope, Thierry provides the strategic gravity that grounds every recommendation. When Kaleidoscope tells a brand how to enter a new market or structure an event, it is informed by decades of having done it at the highest level.
